אמרוה קמיה דר' אבהו אמר להו מסתברא מלתא דרבי אבין שנתחייב שבועה בב"ד אבל חייב עצמו שבועה [נאמן] עביד איניש דמקרי ואמר אהדרוה קמיה דר' אבין אמר להו אנא נמי בב"ד אמרי
